in this family session, i had fun working with the vaughn family for the first edition of neighbors of kohler and sheboygan falls!
i have the honor of being the photographer who gets to take the cover and story photos for each issue! this monthly magazine is sent to kohler and sheboygan falls.
this first issue features one of my favorite families, the vaughns (Luke Vaughn Tagen Vaughn). for the april issue, we had to shoot in february – so, it was a bit cold! for their session, we headed to one of my favorite architectural areas in kohler.

my goal in family portrait sessions is to embrace your family, your love, and the essence of who you are, together. every family has its own flow, and ways of interacting, and i want to capture that uniqueness. the vaughn’s final portraits definitely accomplish this!
